Frequently asked questions

My two-factor verification code does not work

Almost always this is the clock on the phone. The codes are generated from the current time, so if the phone is a minute out, every code it shows is wrong. Turn on automatic date and time on the device, then try the next code. If it still fails, use one of the recovery codes you saved when you switched two-factor on — each of them works once. If you have neither the app nor the recovery codes, write to us from the email address on the account and we will help you get back in.

My link is under review. Why, and how long does it take?

Pages are reviewed automatically when they contain something our filters treat as risky — a shortened address pointing at another shortener, a payment form, a download, or words that are common in phishing. The page stays online for you while it is reviewed. A review is normally finished within one business day; if it takes longer than that, write to us and we will look at it by hand.

I cannot access the email address linked to my account

Reset it from a device where you are still signed in: open your profile, change the email address to one you control and confirm it from the new inbox. If you are signed out everywhere, write to us from any address and include the address of your page and, if you have one, a payment receipt — we use those to confirm the account is yours before we change anything.

Can I add a PDF to my list of links?

Not as a file upload, but a PDF works as a button like any other address: put the file somewhere it can be opened publicly — a cloud drive with a shared link, or your own site — and paste that address into the button. Menus, price lists and forms are the usual cases, and a PDF is often worse on a phone than the same content as a page, so it is worth checking on a phone before you publish.

Still stuck? Write to support — include the address of your page and we will get to it faster.
